Project Description
The Spillway Deflector project, was estimated to be a $3.5 million modification to Spillway #1 & #8 at Little Goose Dam in Walla Walla, Washington. The contract involved the installation of two spillway deflectors, two pier nose extensions, and the installation of a new trash boom frame. Installation of the spillway deflectors required the fabrication and installation of a 30 ft. tall by 70 ft. long bulkhead to the dewater spillway. AAC partnered with Jesse Engineering, of Tacoma Washington, to build the bulkhead.
